I'm a VIP member at Tuscan and am basically ready to cancel. I have had approximately 3 appointments cancelled just hours before they were supposed to start. The most recent time I scheduled a pedicure with my mom who is from out of state. They called less than 2 hours before our appointment to cancel because someone was sick. This isn't the first time and it's so frustrating because I make appointments weeks in advance and I basically just can't count on this business to follow through. Very disappointed.

I spent $600 and was treated horrible by the manager not to mention I paid $70 a month for more then a year for what Bella tan offers for cheaper!!!!! Stop deleting my 1 star review….. Absolutely amazing. Several places advertise a Deep Tissue Massage but feel like a Swedish. Brittany of Tuscan provided an excellent deep tissue massage. My wife also got a massage and facial. We were both highly impressed with the quality, cleanliness and professionalism. Will be a repeat customer for years to come!

I have not had a facial there but I used to work in a spa in Ct.so I was able to observe that if you do it on the same day ithe Makeup will clog the pores I had a makeup done at Tuscan and I was satisfied.That area was small and crowded .There were 3 additional persons.I did not like the false eyelashes.You better take your own and ask the beautician to put them on. They use good products and they will have to clean your face before the facial.I would do the facial to clean pores afterwards.They will first clean,then steam to open pores,then clean again,seal with moisturizer appropriate to your skin condition.My friends had it done and they love it because they came radiant.Enjoy your beauty day.

I have not had coolsculpting myself, but I am sure that if you asked they would certainly provide you with someone who has that you can speak with. I have been going to Tuscan for years and find them to be eager to assist.
