Always a great place to have lunch or dinner. The view is always amazing and the food is priced right and worth every penny. Best conch fritters around!

Need more parking, exspecailly for Boat owners of the Marina. We pay a monthly rent to keep our yaht here and 90% of the time the resturant goers are in all the parking spots, either we have to park on the other side of the building or on the street which is not safe. Also needs better security and/or blocked off for no public access.

Royal Palm Marina is inconsiderate of the environment and it’s neighbors. They have been abandoning boats for non payment in Lemon Bay this past month, with no regard to manatees and sea grass. There are now 7 boats that don’t run and some with no FL #s and no lights. If you don’t pay then out they go. The neighbors are furious and need to organize for a solution. Some prior have broken off anchor and drifted into yards. The local druggies next to the marina seem to be in charge.

Just by looking at the pictures you can tell the owner is more interested with the restaurant than the docks. Two handicapped spaces if you can call them that as one gas a smoker trailer parked in it. Water and electric on the docks are dicey. Steer clear.

People fo live on board, they have a shower in bathrooms. Not sure on boat size but they have large charters there.
They will put your in drydock. They don't have buoys, but they have a dock. The problem would be the shallow way in . So tides would be critical.
