Love my shoes although I wished they would change their process in how you redeem any coupon they send you. It should be tied to you phone number and right now you have to show them they actual email.

To my shock they had 6 pair of shoes that can wear. With size 13 EEEE it's not just anywhere I can pick up a pair. Everyone was extremely helpful.

I was on hold over 2 hours trying to find out where my shoes are. They say delivered and they weren’t. When I called it said 70 min wait time I waited that plus. 45 more min.The chat was unavailable. I bought 3 pairs of shoes only received 2. I will be returning the 2 pairs I received. I will not give these people my money. They should of answered my call. Very disappointed.

Very Helpful staff. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Salesman helped me with determining the best running shoe, showed me differences of traction, asked questions what kind of running I did. No pressure for buying expensive shoes. Honored my discount I had an email for ,as I was having issues logging in. Told me next time I'm around drop in to let him know how the shoes worked out. This store is 110% better than stores like Rack Room or Shoe Carnival. Never have had bad service at DSW , but today was exceptional. Another sales girl politely took the ones I didn't want and returned to stock and told me about her mother, who is a runner and her favorite sneaker. I love being a member of the DSW Vip because build up rewards and perks
