The staff and management at Brightview have been nothing short of amazing through this challenging time! They have treated my parents with love and compassion and have strong sense of family throughout the entire community of staff and residents. We had a brief experience with another retirement community in downtown Severna Park which clearly put care and compassion second to profit and business, and treated the residents as liabilities.
