Okay so like company actual garbage, but Olivia (cashier) was nice helpful and asked me about the game I was getting and seemed to genuinely be nice. Also printed out nearby stores that had the things this store didn't have in stock for the customer before me which was good move. TL;DR employee nice helpful good experience 5/5 stars

Decent customer service. Very knowledgeable. I wish I could buy a PS5 here. I need two of them. Their exclusive items are awesome. Their promotions help you save a lot. The PowerUp rewards membership is cool if you're elite or whatever. Location is safe. I recommend.

I don't what's going with their online order service but I tried twice to get and ps4 gift card the first one was automatically cancelled and refunded the second one...I placed another order today said it was shipped to store but it's not showing in my order history that I placed an order and I don't have an order number to show the order was made but my bank sent me two notifications that they took my money for the ps4 gift card out my account...so I'm a go there tomorrow...It's going major damn problem they tell I have nothing there...can someone tell what I should do if I don't get my damn card
