Waited 15 minutes for a box of joe and munchkins despite being the 1st in line. The donuts were put into a bag instead of the box or cups they had in stock. I was late to work and so were two of my co-workers because of the long wait for literally 2 items. I shop in dunkin in perth , Woodbridge, and longbranch all of them have given me what I've ordered in under 5 minutes. I usually try to side with the employees but what I witnessed was an utter lack of care to the people they were serving. The owners seemed to have come out after the long wait and helped as much as they could.

All I wanted was a bagel. What I got was a rock. Why even sell something so stale? That’s just one of (the the last ever) bad experiences I’ve had with this location. It’s disgusting.spoiled food.

Got an egg white bite and the cheese was definitely bad! It had a blue cheese taste and it’s not supposed taste like that. Left a bitter taste in my mouth along with stomach pains shortly after.

Espresso was barely warm so I asked for hot water and it wasn't even hot.
