Happy New Year! For this long holiday vacation up north, I used Keys & Collars to come in every three days to scoop the litter, play with the kitties, and bring in the mail. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve used this company, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I received cute little pictures of the fur kids throughout my vacation, and I could tell they were relaxed and content. When I arrived home last night, and it was obvious Becca had done a fantastic job and listened to my requests. I’m pretty particular about things, so the fact that I can use K&C without hesitation is a Godsend. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Nicole’s love and passion for animals shines through when you meet here, her communication style is frequent, professional and prompt and her dedication to taking care of your pet is apparent in every possible aspect. Nicole and her staff stop at nothing to make sure you feel comfortable with their care and that your pet is safe and looked after. Nicole and the K&Cs team have been looking after our boy Hopper for six months now and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone. If you want your pets looked after and cared in the best manner possible, Keys & Collars is the only option. 5/5 stars, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a last minute emergency trip to visit family out of town. I called at 7pm on a Friday night, within an hour we got verification of Miss Gemma being able to take care of our dog! She's been great checking in with us while away. The entire company is organized, thoughtful, respectful and nothing short of amazing! Thank you!
