I had a review posted before about how crazy this place use to be and I deleted it so I can try them again and review it. Its 2 pm and the service is slow and one customer is in line at the drive through. I really believe they need to get rid of this burger king and get something new here. This place wont recover from the 2 years if bad service.

Gave this location another try because i heard it was under new management, shouldnt have done that. Ordered the new southwest whopper since it advertised avocado but when I got home not only was it a tiny whopper Jr, instead of a regular size whopper, it had no avocado. Paid 10.69 for a tiny bacon cheeseburger with tortilla strips and southwest sauce. Gave 3 stars since the man taking orders/handing out the food was very nice, and the burger itself tasted fine. Declined my receipt otherwise I would have called

The worst Burger King I ever been to. They act like they don't here you. You repeat your self multiple times (kindly) to the point they still don't understand. So you pull up to the window just to repeat your order all over again. Always check your food because something WELL BE MISSING

I don’t know why I bother. They are horrible. The food is never up to par and it’s location is terrible to get in and out of. The parking lot was empty and I was the only one in drive thru. A lady comes on the speaker “can I help you” as I start to order a different voice interrupts me “ONE MINUTE MA’AM” Please make up your mind! I paid toooo much for this nasty food. It was supposed to be a large. Instead I received the scraps at the bottom of the hash brown bag and a cold sandwich. They are slow. They are rude. Dingy. And please don’t ask for napkins or condiments. If you must have BurgerKing, take a few extra minutes and drive to Groveland.
