Worst domino's ever! Only 4 blocks aways and this is the 5th time they claim no drivers and don' t deliver anything. Why be in business if you don't plan on serving your customers.

I am really sad to hear about other peoples experience here in regards to delivery time of the pizza. I think they get pretty swamped sometimes and they don't have enough delivery person. However, that is not an excuse I guess. As for me, I always ordered thru the apps and I always go and pick up my pizza (it takes about 15 to 30 min max if they are really busy) and I am always satisfied with my pizza. I refrain from ordering from the Bergenline branch because their pizza were not properly done, the topping are scarce but at this place - their pizza are always juicy and stuffed with a lot of toppings. People over here are really nice - again they might have logistic issues but these people in this branch knows how to make really good pizza. My favorite place to get my Dominos fix.

Just not going to order Domino's ever again; probably going to go to Papa John's from now on that's literally on the same street. Ordered delivery around 6:30pm, and didn't hear anything from them at all until 8:30pm, when I finally decided to give them a call. It was a snowy day so I completely understood the road situation, but I just wanted to know how much longer it would take. They picked up the phone after 10+ minutes wait time, and hung up on me. Called again, same thing. On my third try, they finally pick up and with RUDENESS, goes "HELLO?" I understand you guys may be really busy and getting things along, but professionalism should never go away. I ended up picking it up myself at 9:15pm. I will not be ordering Domino's for awhile after this; they literally treat their customers if they're not humans.

Overall, if you order online, please do as other guides have advised...pick up the order yourself at the store. My friends and I placed a fairly basic order and it took ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to get the order. The online tracker had the prep and quality check stages at like 30-35 minutes a piece. The saving grace for this order was the fact that the food was nice and hot. Also, if the delivery time takes a while, don't bother trying to call the store because it goes right to their corporate office and you'll be placed on hold for quite a bit of time. I'll probably give this place a second chance, but I'll likely just go to the store myself. Most of the time the food quality is pretty good, but the service needs MAJOR improvement.
