At the heart of Universal Orlando Resort is CityWalk – a complex of dining, shopping, and entertainment sprawled around a gorgeous lagoon, with sweeping views of coaster skylines. It serves as the central hub of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, and with an impressive and varied collection of shops and bites, many visitors find CityWalk to be a great place to spend a relaxing day playing miniature golf, seeing a show, or even getting a tattoo. After dark, CityWalk has a handful of vibrant nightlife options as well. Even if it’s not your final destination, CityWalk is definitely worth budgeting a bit of extra time for when passing through on the way to or from the parks.

More of an adult life after hours when it gets dark. But beautiful at night nonetheless. If you're looking for nightlife and kid free, this is the place to be. We were on our way out of the park and got some cool pictures.

Great place to get pictures by the iconic universal globe and many other uniquely themed attractions like the hard Rock Cafe and the chocolate factory.
It was nice that the central location was easy to get to and free to explore.
I went to an event at the hard Rock Cafe and it was absolutely awesome.
We also had some chocolate at the chocolate factory.
Make sure to take the water taxi to one of the hotels, even if it's just to look around and ride back on the next water taxi.

What more can i say except that this is Universal Studios and fun can be had by the young and old. Please keep in mind that there is alot of walking and can be hot. If off season is warm i can imagine what mid-summer would feel like so plan according to that. Other than that i had a blast
No you don't you just pay for the parking which is $26 general, $36 prime, and free parking AFTER 6pm
But I didn't have a ticket to the amusement and still went shopping. I go there all the time.
These posts should be linked somehow, I just posted free parking after 6:00pm 😀 oh whell. self parking garage is way out in the boonies good thing the 4 people mover conveyor belts are in there or it would be a way Long Walk.
City Walk itself is free to enter you simply need to pay for parking. Currently parking is free after 8 PM. There are added costs for some clubs and events that are located in City Walk but not for the main area itself. Attending Horror Nights is not possible as it is IN the park at Universal Studios, not at City Walk.
City Walk is free for anyone. Usually just pay for parking which is just under $30, unless your a annual pass holder then parking is free. Green season passes do not include free parking. Check those black out dates too ew. It's worth it to invest in any other annual pass even if you only come a few times a year. Even with rising prices. We have been coming for almost 10 years from fort Myers. Come every June to watch our neices and her school perform on the rising stars stage in the middle of city Walk. They do however need a cover for weathering conditions over where the audience watches not only for possible rain but shade from the blistering sun!!!
Universal has more rides. Harry Potter on both parks. Island of adventure has marvel, jurassic park, king kong. More roller-coaster than universal. My 10 &6 love both
The wheel chairs are by the parking lot but the electric ones aren't available until you get to the park. They recommend you rent a wheel chair then when you get to the park you trade it in and get credit for what you paid for the wheel chair.
We parked at a hotel parking lot..they even stamped the ticket for us...we just walked across the street and caught the boat shuttle to the park. It is beautiful
Universal Orlando offers several near by resorts such as the Portofino Bay hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Lowe's Royal Pacific hotel. These hotels can be accessed by the boats, which makes traveling to and from the parks easy.
Other Universal partnered hotels are the Sapphire Falls resort, Cabana Bay Beach Resort, and the newest addition - Universal's Aventura Hotel.
There is also a Double Tree Hotel, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and an Extended Stay across the street from Universal.
How do I open a restaurant at Universal CityWalk Orlando? Who do I contact?

You would have to email Universal studios or Call them. Unless it's an incredibly famous restaurant I don't think they would let you open something new since they might not want to spend more money on a new area.
Some stay open later than 11pm I was told, I would call and double check. I know some of the restaurants dont open till 4 or 5pm like Bob Marley's resteraunt and a few others. Those I think stay open till 1am or 2am. I dont know what time last call at the bars in Florida is.
Parking is Free after 600,pm at Universal Parking.

It is the same cost as parking in the parks, if you use the multi-storey, between $ 20- $ 22. There are certain options where you can use buses and it is cheaper, but I do not know from where you can take that bus outside the park. There is no price difference between adult and minor, it is a fixed price for parking.
It's mainly a large foodcourt that's just outside the main park, anyone can go. I took my whole family and grandkids. They range in age from 2 to 12 years old.
Yes, there are nightclubs. On the second level there are a few clubs to choose from and a karaoke bar. Citywalk also has many different varieties of food, such as Mexican, Italian, and sushi. There's a minigolf course with two different themes to choose from. Personally, it's probably my favorite minigolf of all time. There's also an AMC theater and Blue Man Group. A convenient water taxi service is available to get to Universal hotels as well.
Wheelchair rentals are in the hub where the security checkpoint is. Look for the restrooms before the checkpoint and wheelchair rentals are directly in front of the restrooms.
Yes you can be 18 and go into the club Rising Star but you must be accompanied by an adult which is 21 or older and yes I believe so you may be able to bring a birthday cake as long as security of course just sees that it's a birthday cake hope that's a little bit helpful for you if you stay at an on-site Hotel you can also make sure that they know you're bringing a birthday cake on the boat or the shuttle whichever Hotel you desire to stay at👍
- Good night... Please, and parking for the cinema, does it cost?

Being very honest, I went on the premise of going to the Park, but I understand that the structure is the same, I paid $45, if I'm not mistaken, to put the car in a covered and more accessible place. However, I saw that there is a parking charge close to $27.
You can wear a face shield if you like, IN ADDITION TO a mask. The guidelines only require at minimum, a face mask that covers nose and mouth. Going above and beyond is your prerogative.
Yes, you can enjoy City Walk without having to enter the parks. Parking is paid, but check if it is more comfortable to travel by Uber or take the bus. Parking fees vary depending on the time you arrive.
Just for the parking garage
However if you go after 5
You should be able to get in the garage for free
I am 18. Is there any clubs or dance areas I can get into on a Monday or Wednesday night. I was told last time I came there that I couldn’t get in on a Friday or Saturday but I could on a weekday.

There are several places on the City Walk between Restaurant and Clubs as well as the Hard Rock Cafe. Several have live talent but I don't have more details.
Parking is not free for the parks, unfortunately. I'm pretty sure it's $25 for the full day. If you are only going to CityWalk, they stop charging a parking fee at 6 PM.
CityWalk is free, but parking is $25. After 6 pm, parking is free. Some restrictions and exclusions apply for certain days. Preferred and Premier annual passholders get free parking.
Even with the military discounts on tickets the parking was still the same but we were out of state. They may have a pass you can get for a discount for in state or county residents??
No there's a parking garage it's not far. there's about 9 of them. U have to walk but it's not big time but u take a elevator down to city walk. If your staying at Universal then there's bus's that come and pick you up.
I was just there last Saturday and it was a beautiful and warm evening and it was not crowded at all! We were a party of 5 and got seated right away at Margaritaville restaurant. Great food! The Chocolate Emporium also has very good food and ice cream and other desserts that are too die for! Go and enjoy! Parking is $25 though
I may be mistaken, but the only instance of 'Song of the Sea' at a Universal park is Universal Studios Singapore. And it seems to have been renamed to 'Wings of Time' there.
City Walk is free but parking is $25, unless you go after 6:00pm when parking is free.
City Walk is free, but parking is $25, unless you go after 6:00 pm when parking is free.
Yes, you can park (which is free after 6pm) and walk over to the citywalk for free. You only have to pay if you get there prior to 6om and need to park, or if youre actually entering an amusement park
No cut off per se. Since there are restaurants and movie theater that may have showtimes near midnight. Also HHN in fall closes late. The only thing children cant go to is the club section and 2nd floor access. There was a security guard who ask for ID when i wanted to go 2nd floor section.
You can go with the children ... there are movies and restaurants, there are also universal studios and island of adventures, but city walk itself has several things to see and shops to buy and restaurants to eat
Always free, but new years they have a special admission for the New Years eve Celebration. So as long as is not close to capacity(always happen in NYE.) You can go.
Busy due to HALLOWEEN horror nights! FREE parking AFTER 8pm, which is usually AFTER 6pm again due to season. NOT CRAZY crowed, but lively and great for people watching!
