I should have read the reviews before getting involved with this company. The sales person assigned to me gets upset if I do not regularly send potential clients for DME supplies even if they do not qualify for it. I cancelled doing business with them today.

My chiropractor strongly suggested I use this company for medical supplies. I honestly feel they committed insurance fraud with the help of my chiropractor. I was misinformed about how they billed my insurance. I just have a bunch of useless non-returnable equipment.

Great customer service ! The young lady that I spoke with was pleasant, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. She was able to locate my account quickly and provide me with the information I needed. My TENS unit is so helpful with my chronic pain and I am so thankful my doctor prescribed me the unit. I am also grateful for Liberty Medical Solutions quality products and amazing staff !!! As I will be using this unit for some time, I am pleased to be using this remarkable company with quality products and AMAZING and personable staff for my chronic pain . Liberty sent me supplies through my chiropractor. I mailed to them the total amount due to them that they agreed upon and they proceeded leaving messages and billing me for more than 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS! The last straw was a collection agency calling! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Better Buisness Bureau will handle this matter ! Totally unethical practices!
