This is a POSITIVE REVIEW - read to the end: On Tuesday, May 24, my husband and I had a tire blowout near Clarion, PA exit (Exit 62) on Route 80. It was 4pm, the weather was stormy and we had a terrible time getting in touch with road service. Google and the Enterprise website indicated there was an Enterprise location a mile away. When I called the local Enterprise number listed for Clarion, I was routed to a repeating voice message that said something like, “We’re busy serving our customers. Please hold and someone will be with you”. At no time did the voice message indicate that the store had closed, was closed, or temporarily shut etc. This was all before 5pm, when the internet indicated the office would in fact close (if it had been open). So - intrepid me decided to walk the mile while my husband tried to work on getting a tow truck for the car. It was a four lane highway that turned into a windy mostly downhill road that quickly becomes residential. The road at this hour of the weekday was busy, cars were going fast, and there was very little road to walk on most of the time. I ran part of the way to make sure I would get there before 5pm, all the while still on my cellphone listening to the repeating voicemail message, no one ever picking up. And when I arrived at the address, I saw why: there was a sign on the door that said the office was closed indefinitely due to staffing shortages. I was not happy. I could not get an Uber or Lyft there (tried but nothing came up) so I walked a mile back to my husband. It took over 2.5 hours to get a tow, the car had to be taken to Boardman, Ohio about 80-90 miles west (and 60 miles from our home), and we stayed in Clarion overnight. That evening, we checked Enterprise in Seneca but the internet was indicating that there were ZERO cars available. My husband finally found a car at a Hertz in Butler, PA - over 50 miles away, and we would figure out how to get there in the morning, when we spent nearly 3 hours trying to find a way to get to Butler: we tried Uber and Lyft for over 90 minutes, we tried taxi services (one which did come up with an option for us), and we asked the front desk at the hotel. Finally, another hotel guest said to try the local airport because they often had people come in and get driven to businesses or the hospital. I got the phone number and reached Dave who SAID HE KNEW THAT ENTERPRISE IN SENECA DID BRING CARS TO PEOPLE OR PICK UP PEOPLE TO TAKE THEM TO THEIR RENTAL CARS! He gave me the number of the Seneca office and THIS IS WHEN OUR BAD LUCK CHANGED: I called that number and Brian answered. He listened to my saga of walking the roads only to find a shuttered Clarion office, and how desperate we were to get to our car in Boardman or anywhere further along in our effort to make progress. He told me he thought he might be able to help, put me on hold, talked to me again, did a few more things and after about 15-20 mins of being on the phone, and waiting for him to check out some things and call me back, he said YES! He had a car for us within the hour and if we went into our Enterprise account we could even see the reservation (we did). Sure enough, within the hour, Kevin drove up in the Chevy SUV (very nicely cleaned), took us to the very Clarion office I’d been at the day before (and now he and Jessie were both there), got us checked in and we were on our way. I then called Brian and thanked him profusely. This was not a life or death thing by any means, but it was an exhausting detour after being on the road for nearly 2 weeks for a variety of family events. We are eternally grateful for the effort Brian, Kevin and Jessie put in to get that car for us, get it ready for us, and get us on our way in a very expeditious manner. THANK YOU ENTERPRISE. My last comment is, of course: when you have to shutter an office for any reason and any length of time, please update your internet info so no one walks miles only to be disappointed? ;)

Do not recommend. How dare you accuse my daughter of filling the gas tank with water!! She is the district manager of many different stores and needed that vehicle to travel to her job sites. Her car was being serviced! You then drew $500 …Hello, we would like to look into this further but need some more information. Please ask the main renter to email [email protected] with the contact information, reservation or rental agreement number and all the details of the experience. Thank you. -KB

UPDATE-Corporate has made this situation right and refunded all money taken from our account. DO NOT do business with this Enterprise location. " The staff are the most unprofessional, fraudulent and rude people I've ever dealt with. Wife had a rental though this Enterprise while vehicle was in Klapec auto body for repair. On the forth day, rental broke down in the middle of Route 8. Had vehicle towed back to Seneca Enterprise. Two days later they called and accused my wife of filling vehicle with water instead of gas. Absurd, and then stated he don't how a "woman" doesn't know the difference between a garden hose and a gas pump. Furthermore, they fraudulently withdrew $500.00 from our bank account for the so called repair. Never seen any repair bill, proof this actually happened. Appropriate action has been taken against this Seneca Enterprise. Steer clear of this place.

No definitely not. But if your moving it probably would be less of a hassle. But Enterprise is the best car rental company by far!!!!
Prices change daily. Call your local branch or check online. Thats the best way to know.
The credentials are as follows: A major credit card or debit card is required for rentals. All credit cards must be with a line of credit. A debit card is NOT credit. Debit cards must be hooked to a bank account and can NOT be prepaid or an H&R Block Emerald Card. Using a debit card has certain qualifications that need met before approval. I suggest contacting the office during business hours to go over the items needed when using a debit card. Any other questions can be also be answered at the branch during business hours. Cash, traveler's checks, comm check, money order, personal check or cashier's check is NOT accepted either.
Just keep It they know who has it
There is Leeway at the corner of Jefferson St. And Jacob St. They rent cars as well, however you have to have your own car insurance. Enterprise you can purchase their full coverage
