Came here today, Door was not even open at 8am, even though I was waiting. Obviously though when you see the "workers" here. I was the only there the lady at the desk was incredibly rude, I told her I need my birth certificate and she barks ID and $15. Which I hand to her then she says it's a few then says SIT Down. How about you come to work on time, open the door and do your job respectfully? And speak English properly before arguing about what my parents names are!No decency or professionlism. And good luck to the lady trying to make an appt next to me whowas told to call a number then had to come back in to STILL make an appt.she hands me my paperwork and just walks away no thank you no nothing .just walk off.

You get out on hold for 7 minutes and then every time, it disconnects. Gotta love government offices. Don’t have to work and still collect a paycheck and great benefits. And I was returning THEIR call. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service.

They are VERY unorganized apparently. They have canceled an appointment twice now and the deadline is within a few days. They ask you to call to reschedule and will NOT answer the phone! It stays on hold till it just hangs up.

Went in to make an appointment in person, was given a number to call. The phone put me in a loop of "press X for this" and after 8 minutes disconnected me. Finally someone at the counter made my appointment. When I came back for it that afternoon, waited over 2 hours to be seen. They never put me in the system even though I had done my paperwork and they scanned my ID. Girls at the counter said they didnt know I was there, which was a blatant lie because not only did I sign in, but they called me up to confirm my information. They then told me they were closed and I would need to come back another day. Follow up phone calls to give me information had conflicting information: in the same day I was told there was no nurse on staff on Tuesday or Wednesdays (it was a wednesday) and then a phone call a couple hours later, the nurse spoke to me. The nurses are all very nice, but the younger receptionists are unfriendly (blonde lady with glasses and ponytail)
