I was in the store last week and we had the most delightful young man helping us. His name was Scott and he treated us and everyone in there like royalty. It was the best customer service experience we've had in a very long time. I make a lot of liquor purchases for my job (mostly wine as thank you gifts) even though they aren't the least expensive for customer service like that it's worth the extra 2 or 3 dollars. He found exactly the scotch we wanted and asked if we needed anything to go with it. I ended up spending about 50.00 more than I thought I would but I got mixers and snacks. It truly was a pleasure.

At the Old town Location, the Manager Thomas is the absolute best to have!!! He helped me find nice rum and vodka at a great price. He is very knowledgeable. He also told me other things I could mix with these liquors. He was so very helpful. I am here from Pennsylvania but I can only hope all you're employees do this great of a job. He was also so friendly and professional. Thank you again Thomas!!!!!
