We stayed in the primitive cabin. We have camped dozens of places and this is the first time we could Not wash dishes anywhere. The rule is no washing dishes in the bathroom. There was no dish washing sink in the park!. We asked the attendant but they acted like that was a crazy idea to wash dishes. I guess we just eat off dirty dishes... Bathrooms were newer and nice but they were constantly closing the bathroom for maintenance. Very annoying as it was at peak times like Saturday night at dinner and the guy just stood around and smoked rather than working. If you have an Rv this is the place for you otherwise skip it.

We have been camping here for over 16 years. The owners have done so much work since they took it over. The bathrooms have been recently redone. The pool is small but a great space and has a wheelchair ramp.Have a nice little pond for fishing and has a lot of frogs.Have a great store and nice laundry area. Employees are always friendly.Everything is clean and well maintained. We've only had some really minor issues but whatever the issue the owner Matt is always quick to resolve. We have checked out other campgrounds but prefer this to any others!!! And of course it is about 6 miles from Presque State Park.

Yes
Yes, we are pet friendly but ask that you always leash and clean up after your pet.
Yes. We even had someone bring caged chickens 😁
We do not have planned activities but with all the events and attractions the Erie area offers campers don't spend a lot of time in the park. If you ask at check in the staff will have a list and directions to almost everything, including Presque Isle Beaches, the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, Waldameer Park, the Erie Zoo, all of the Bayfront attractions, the Wine Trail, the Ale Trail, Presque Isle Downs & Casino and more.
Not that I'm aware of.
We do where ever we camp, in our rv
Water is on typically until November 1st, depending on the weather, sometimes longer.
Yes
Check the website, different prices for different cabins. Also depends on when you go peak vs off peak
I think they are open year round, check the website or call
Depends on the sites. We have taken 2 sites to make 1 in several locations. We also are changing the layout on sites shortly to a minimum of 40' x 80' some will be larger. The park was built in 1983, we purchased in 2011 and are upgrading as quickly as we can.
Each spot has a fire ring.
Call the campground its usually been 3 nights for holidays. Im sure they would accommodate you if there are any sites left i know holidays fill up fast.
Yes it is. I was there when other parks were still closed for the season. Pretty decent park. They have a pizza delivery restaurant that has pretty good pizza. Enjoy and stay warm...
