This class was amazing! This was the first hot yoga class I have ever attended. It was great! We had Bill as our yoga instructor and he was great. He actually does the class with you which was a plus. I was nervous thinking I wouldn’t know what to do. It does get really hot in there but once your going it’s actually a really good time! I’m going to make sure I keep going and keep this in my weekly routine! What a great time!

I love this studio. It always feel better earthy and welcoming, friendly and real, and I appreciate that. I have loved a lot of the classes I've taken and I feel like they've done a great job adjusting for Covid too.

I began my yoga practice in 2009. My first session at TM was back in 11/2018. I've taken various classes at different times; so far, experienced about 7 different TM instructors and have never been disappointed. While I do have a favorite, they all appear to have genuine passion for what they do making each class a pleasure. More often than not I feel an hr is too short & I don’t want it to be over. TM also offer many workshops and retreats. I’ve attended a 1-day retreat and a toddler and me workshop. They were both great & I intend to participate in more. On another note: Registration is quick & easy. Prices are fair. I recommend TMYS highly.

I attended a 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM Yoga class with a group of my friends on Friday 1/17/20 with a group of my friends and myself . The instructor had good sense of humor which made the class have a very pleasant and welcoming ambiance. I am an avid exercise enthusiast ,so we all thoroughly enjoyed this class and will definitely be back in the near future. I highly recommend visiting here to take Yoga classes. Coming here to Twisted Monkey Yoga has helped us to have a more halcyon and content frame of mind .
