I was there tonight doing my laundry on 12/15/21 . They legit KICKED me and my husband out because they " close at 10pm " . I hope they know it's technically illegal in the state of Pennsylvania to kick a customer out even if your closed . Doesn't matter what the owners rules and regulations are and it doesn't matter if your folding there too . The people that work there MUST stay until the last customer leaves they had ZERO right to kick us out and they had ZERO consideration for anything. I've been a loyal customer since I moved to Scranton and I've NEVER had an issue until they told the place the new owners are going to loose A LOT of business and I will be letting everyone I know who goes there to never go there again . So unprofessional . So inappropriate . So disgusted with how they are running this place now and that's coming from someone who has worked in laundromats in the state of Pennsylvania and in the state of New Jersey . Highly suggest you don't go there if interested . They messed everything up with this new management deal .

Gave only one star because I had to. I'm glad there are English speaking people here. Also, not happy AT ALL that the new owners took away the free drying on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as the the half-priced washers during the week. They are off to a bad start already, and I clearly see that they've list ALOT of the business and customers. I won't use this place anymore, finding another one today. We used to come here EVERY week. Oh, and P.S. I strongly beleive that if you can't speak English, it should be mandated to learn it before coming into this country. Why not? We here had to learn another language in high-school! Was this to make it more convenient to those who have come here now live here and don't understand a word of English?? Just wondering.... Anyway, it was nice while this place was under its previous ownership. But it's now time to fmove on. Not liking it now....

Dropping off king size blankets to be washed and fold paid by the pound can go do other things and allow them to wash your clothes for you but the products that they use may not be up to your standards so you may want to bring your own just so they do it your way.
