Our showroom representative was a gentleman named Shane. He was very polite and thoughtful. He new the details of the specific furniture we were looking for w/o having to look it up. Shane was honest about what was in the warehouse and what was not. Shane helped us with the fabric for our furniture. Shane was the right person for us. We can't wait for our delivery next week.

Though we have not yet received our furniture, we were impressed with the displays at this store, and the quality of the furniture construction. The plastic wood construction is durable (practically indestructible), heavy, and easy to clean which makes it perfect for Florida weather.

Great products and quality, however, ordered in June, was told be here late July. Every phone call made was from us to find out status until finally furniture and cushions for 2 seats ( purchased seating for 8) arrived 8/20. we persuaded them to deliver what was ready on 8/21. I am still calling and checking on cushions for couches. (6 more) Was told ran out of fabric and had to reorder, then something about foam issue a month or so later. Finally 12/2 received an email then 12/3 someone called me! Told me all cushions were ready to pick up! When I got there I was shown cushions with the wrong fabric, said my order must be mixed up with someone else’s and he would call me within 24 hours with explanation. No call. Spoke to my salesperson yesterday who told me the other guy had looked into it but he was off and I had to wait until he was in the next day. I realize Covid has effected everything, I get it, but a phone call and little feedback goes a long way. Still cushionless in Sarasota.

We shopped several places and found ourselves back at Leaders to place our order. Our salesperson Chuck was incredibly attentive as we were making our selections. He continued to be so as we awaited our furniture, providing us with updates even when it meant that one item was going to be delayed. He didn't try to shy away from telling us - he was always upfront and honest. The manager Christy is obviously an industry veteran. She knows the products! She was able to source a table we found else where so that we could order all of the products from her store. We were able to purchase all items for our Naples home while we were staying in Sarasota. We furnished our lanai living area, dining area, bar and lounge area from Leaders. We had one damaged item but we are using it until it is replaced. We are very impressed with the Leaders team especially Chuck & Christy in the Sarasota store!
