One of the best experience with getting the proper fit of a specialty shoes for my physical needs. Terry explained what shoes would give me the most comfort. He even explained why my old shoes weren’t working well for me. I tried on several types and makes and found that perfect one I was looking for. Terry was so patient and well versed on what his customers needed. I ended up with two different style by the same company and look forward to many years wearing these shoes. Thank You Terry!! I stopped in a few days ago to check out some burkenstocks. A very sweet Latina woman helped me out with sizing and gave me a foot scan to make sure they'd be good for my feet. She was very patient with me while I was making my decision. I found a certain pair I liked but unfortunately they didn't have that size available. She called another store to see if they would save a pair for me. Very cool! Great customer service which is rare these days .

I want to thank Terry the manager of the Happy Feet store at corner of Kennedy and Dale Mabry (southwest corner). Terry has been working in the shoe field for 40 years. I had a broken heel 13 years ago and have had issues with shoes since. I bought my shoes at of the rack based on what I thought my shoe size was. This time I decided I need a professional and decided to go to Happy Feet. Terry let me know that I was a 11 shoe not a 10.5 which I thought was my size for the last 30 years. Terry used some new technology (a x-ray type device) and his 40 years of knowledge to put me in a walking/exercise shoe that feels like walking on air. I highly recommend Terry and Happy feet.

After my visit to this store, I felt like I had visited a gypsy gang. Sales manager Vesi has limited English skills, and she tried to sell me : 1. Shoes I didn’t ask for, 2. additional shoes with a “20.00” discount. The total with the “discount” was 200.00 over the price of just the two pairs I actually wanted. On the way out I discovered the unwanted shoes were substituted with what I actually wanted, fortunately I looked in bag in time. I asked for a refund and to start over and I must wait 4 days for the said refund now. Initially she asked mine and my husbands names and repeated them to often as a distraction from the sneaky switching going on. I felt like I visited a gypsy fortune teller who was trying to steal as much of my money as possible. Never again this location. Great product terrible customer service!,,,
