I've been here a few times on service calls and the people are usually friendly. This neighborhood has a great waterfront with benches to sit and enjoy the view of the water. There looks to be other amenities like shuffleboard but just sitting on the bench on the waterfront is serene.

Beautiful waterfront MHP. Made me a little homesick , we had 2 Ocean side down in the keys. Looked to me as though most all homes were occupied at this time. Lots d smiling residents.

700 including Water & Trash but it also depends in whatever it is it's divided into three zones the closer you are to the water you're going to spend a little bit more I think it's like $50 more and like I said since my mom unfortunately has got to come and live with us I've got to look for a bigger place my place is small but the only thing original is the outside frame I got it it out completely new walls new terrentine floors stainless steel appliances it's very deceiving from the outside some kind of play putting it up for sale at the beginning of the year I've been there for at least 7 years and I love it have a wonderful holiday folks🌲⛄👣💐🕎🏝🏖

You have to bring your own and there's only one spot for an RV it's a mobile home park but I did see one spot but I don't know if you can put one in there or not not too sure
