I understand that materials are hard to get in the current market, so we were comfortable with the wait time for ordering glass to replace a broken sliding door. But unfortunately we specifically requested a time frame so someone could be here for installation and I received a call that they were on their way 45 minutes before the agreed time frame. When the technicians installed the new glass, they placed the door back in the frame covered in grease and hand prints on the inside and outside of the frame and on the glass and handles. They then asked for payment with no intention of cleaning up after their sloppy job. When I asked them to clean the door, one tech reluctantly got back out of the truck and did a minimal wipe down and walked back through the house out to the truck and left his partner to finish alone. Not impressed with the employees that handled the install, and that will be a huge deterrent for me to recommend in the future.

Such a bunch of garbage for a lack of responsibility! Poorly done job! Paid in full for the glass and to be installed. when installing glass, installer broke the spline that holds in the glass. Then he put silicone on the window frame. Then he proceeded to install the window, and put 3 of the 4 splines back on the window , which he had also put silicone on the window to hold the damaged splines in place. told me if I wanted the 4th spline I would have to go to Lakeland and buy it. WHAT DID I PAY FOR? I could have broken the splines and save the money for install. Never cleaned the silicone off glass. Such a bunch of garbage for a lack of responsibility! Poorly done job!
