That is a very good question. Can I get more information from you, such as when were you here? What time of day was it? And do you remember who the person was or a description of the person that was to be taking care of the customers. Will track the employee down and ask. This should not have happened. It should not be unattended and if they needed a break should have notified their manager so that it could have been covered. Thank you for taking the time to let us know so that we can correct this problem. We are so sorry for the unprofessional behavior of our staff and will address this.
