I saw their Rates for RN on Indeed and then I read the reviews. As a RN for 35 years that is a Hugh slap in the face. And the reviews, they speak volumes!!!

This place is terrible! I personally witnessed an employee yelling at a another person in front of everyone. The employee yelling was Ashley Curtis. I got her name because It was the most unprofessional degrading thing a have seen in a place of business. I'm thankful that the resident I took care of has moved out of such a negative environment.

Very nice community with a family like atmosphere. You can go from independent apartments to assisted care or a very nice memory unit and if you need skilled that is also here with very large comfortable rooms. I have visited many communities with less activities on site. There is a beautiful chapel where services are offered and residents and families can attend together.

My grandmother, 88 years old, has lived here for 1 1/2 years and just was notified that her rent has gone up 500 dollars/month. We made it clear that she cannot afford the increase. The business office does not care. This place only cares about money and not the residents. I do not recommend this place at all.

Hi Delinxe, Aviva's official anniversary is celebrated in late November each year. This year we will be celebrating our 27th anniversary!
Hi Cynthia! ElderGrow is an amazing program offered in our Anchin Memory Care community. The program is based on a self-sustained indoor garden which is then partnered with specialized activities and daily tasks for residents! We are thrilled to have a program like it and are one of the only communities in the state of Florida to offer it.
