I've been waiting for 2 months for someone to get back with me and I have not heard a word after being assured that I would get an apartment I completed all of the paperwork everything they asked I delivered.i do not understand why someone or the company or the department over leasing would continue to encourage when in fact there's no return of any emails or any phone calls😔😢

I went to visit a friend who moved in after years of owning her own home. This is an awesome property that I would pick if I were in the same situation. The location to stores and downtown (including Saturday Market) is perfect. The building appears to be very clean and all the residents I spoke to were pleased with their apartments. Would definitely recommend to others who live in Pinellas County.

This place does not take the best interest of their residents to heart. All I will say is beware of the information they provide to their residents. Some of the people they have come in are not licensed with the state to provide accurate, detailed information based on each individual. Which can end up being a catastrophe! Ironically enough the "social" director is very rude, and is not educated as to the importance of licensed, educated individuals to provide pertinent and ACCURATE information to these vulnerable seniors.
