I’m here on vacation from Tennessee. Got an ear infection and this was the nearest urgent care that would take my insurance. No way to schedule an appointment (a common feature most all urgent cares have these days). I called them to see if I could schedule an appointment and to make sure they took my insurance. Was put on hold for 30 minutes. Finally, a woman answered the phone who was rude and short. She said they don’t take appointments and I’d have to come in to get registered before letting me know if they actually take my insurance. We drove 30 MINUTES to get to this place and as soon as I walk in, she’s rude and says I have to get registered and also there’s a 3 hour wait. I just left.

Long waiting time. Maybe making an appt would help but my future employer wanted ny drug test now!. So it took 1 1/2 hours waiting time and 5 minutes for the test. The staff were professional and courteous. No major issues.

Initially I went in thinking it would be like previous reviews depicted the place to be like. That wasn’t the case, this place had more staff and a very cordial and profesional feel to it than what I was expecting. The sign in desk employees were extremely profesional and kind. The drug screening was smooth and fairly quick as well as my physical. They do not mess around here, they definitely are working towards a more profesional and attention to detail operation. Thanks!

The people are friendly and the facility is nice, but they aren't very efficient. I literally answered the same questions online and on paper. Why? Unfortunately I have to come to this location every time I need a new physical and the wait times are brutally painful. Especially for something that doesn't take more than 10 minutes to complete.
