Hi Joan, the Maltese are a "Toy" dog breed, but can come in different weights. The purebred Maltese are white. My past litters of Maltese usually average 6 pounds fully grown. I currently own just one adult Maltese female for breeding and she weighs 6 pounds. She is expecting a litter March 6, 2020.

Yes, the Yorkies and Maltese breeds are in the "Toy" classification.

Hi Shannon, No, I don't breed Labradoodles. I do the smaller breeds - Yorkies, Maltese, Morkies and Maltipoos. All of my puppies get Well Exams at about 8 weeks of age. They will also get their first immunizations at that visit. I supply each puppy's vet records to their new owner.

Hi Heidi, Michael is correct. I do not breed Golden Retrievers or other large breeds. I breed Yorkies, Maltese and Toy Poodles. I have not encountered any cancer with my dogs. However, I have heard that cancer is much more common in the large breed dogs.

Hi Toni, I don't have any puppies available at this time. I am expecting Yorkie litters to be born in May and June, possibly 2 litters in each month! So I will have a busy summer. Hi Glen, I take payment by credit card or PayPal and I usually have my puppies hand delivered by experienced puppy couriers. I don't know who you are referring to, but, yes you need to be very careful. There are a lot of scammers out there who steal pictures from breeders websites and pretend to have puppies for sale. Always be sure you actually talk to the "breeder" and ask for a vet exam and require the vet info be emailed to you by the licensed vet.
