I am hard of hearing. I went in this afternoon and the young woman (long dark hair tied back in a ponytail) was very snotty to me because she mumbled and there was background noise and I couldn’t hear what she said. I was picking up an order at the counter. I apologized and asked her to repeat herself. She just glared at me and looked at me like I was an idiot. She also gave me no napkins. Normally I don’t complain about this kind of thing, but under the ADA McDonald’s should treat all customers, including those with disabilities, with kindness and respect. This was missing here. I feel sorry for this girl because this attitude will follow her all her life.

Me and my husband came here at 10 pm and all the food was cold. I’m sure it was sitting for the longest and the fried were not fresh. NOTHING was hot. I’ve never been disappointed

My local McDonald's, they usually fare pretty well, most times lines are long but the food is usually hot and most of the time it's all right. They do a great job keeping the inside clean as well!
