Poor customer services, food takes for ever to prepare.. workers too slow and manager looks confused

The night crew here sucks! 2nd time i get terrible service along with terrible food. It happened once i thought it was a bad day. Came 2night tuesday night and the staff ha no efforts of smiling or greating customers. I was the last customer and my order took forever. When i ask i see its jst been sitting there then the guy goes and adds the flavors all sloppy to where theres plain areas with no flavor on the wings and then heavly seasoned areas. The wings was extra crispy could have broken a tooth tryna eat any of them. I know the location is in the hood but dammm step it up we paying same price as other locations with good food and service Could have gotten more out my $20 down fig

This Wingstop at this location is by far the best. Customer service is awesome over the phone as well in person. The food always prepared properly, food is always fresh. All the staff is awesome there. There was a mix up with my food delivery ( door dash fault), a month ago, but Wingstop made it their duty to make it up to me, even though it wasn’t their fault. This is example how awesome their customer service is. Other winstops/ businesses should follow in their footsteps.

It's alright fries were dark maybe CHANGED THE FRY OIL MORE OFTEN. PRESENTATION NEEDS WORK A 2ND LINER WOULD BE GREAT.
