My boyfriend bought me some shoes that were $30 at a regular Target and I went to go return them there just because you was close to where I was by the manager only gave me a $10 merchant card because I did not have a receipt I went to a regular Target the next day or so and saw the shoes for $30 still in stock I wonder if I can go back and try to reverse my return so I can return them at a more legitimate Target to get my full refund it was less than 50%, then what I paid for just because I did not have my receipt still

Barley turns 10pm and my personal space was invaded and was told I had to check out and leave. I get they close at 10 but I put back my shampoo because I was being rushed. Due to them kicking us out to close fast made them loose a bigger purchase.

Small store with poor selection. Self check out only, with problematic machines. The staff was non-communicative, which led to them having to return to the machine three times to get it to work properly. Still don't have a receipt. A very poor experience from start to finish.

Lazy, lazy, lazy customer service representatives. I had a full cart of items, and asked if a check out counter was available (because-again- I had a full cart). The 3 employees huddling together said no and guided me to an open self-check counter (after I said I'd prefer otherwise). I was STILL checking out (because it is slower doing it yourself with so many items, but apparently I work here now), when a small line formed and all of a sudden they said they could help the next guest at the counter. I said to the representative that I just asked for that, and he shrugged it off. I would be embarrassed if I was the Store Manager. Do I expect Target to do anything about it? No. Do I think these types of reviews impact people shopping at the store? Not really. Am I disgusted by the service etiquette and blatant disregard for guests? Yes. Brandon and the other employee today, do better. Target, DO BETTER.
