For the record,,, The customer service is superior than going to the airport. I have rented from competitors in the past and haven't received the quality service I know I should have gotten.... nevertheless, I am convinced that my neighborhood Enterprise will always be my first and last choice. My experience with the entire staff is one that I will remember..... Thank you for the selected vehicle for a test drive. The rates were affordable and with the rise in gasoline prices. This was the best place to rent a vehicle.

I made a same day reservation and called the location to confirm they had inventory. I waited for over 10 minutes on hold and they finally answered and confirmed my reservation. They said “yes come on over and we’ll get you in a car.” I made the reservation for 11am and I showed up. Upon arrival they said “we don’t have a full size car available,” which was what I had called to confirm that same morning. They said they had bigger cars available but they would have to charge me the price difference. Or I could wait until a full size car became available later that day. They said they didn’t know I was going to show up at 11am, even though that was my reservation time window. I asked if they could give me the car they had available and honor the same price of the rental reservation, because I had called to confirm and they told me they had a car available, they declined to honor the price of my reservation. I realize it was a same day reservation but I called to confirm they had a car available. They didn’t give me another car, even though they had other cars but they were unwilling to honor the price of the reservation. Terrible customer service from the man at the front desk and a waste of my time driving to and from the location and waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes for them to pick up the phone. I’ve always used enterprises at other locations and the customer service has always been great, this location needs better customer service.

Ms. Autum, my Customer Representative, and the Store Manager, were both very cordial, timely, and very professional throughout my entire rental process. The vehicle was washed, cleaned inside, and ready to drive. All this within a 20 minute time frame, and they were busy! That is excellent service!!! Great job!

Although they had no cars available when I got there, they had a few customers waiting as well, they were so fantastic and friendly. John(I believe) helped me. The staff worked hard to find a vehicle for me in a timely manner. Recommended

It depends on the type of debit card you have. If it's a prepaid debit card which you have to load money on, you're out of luck. If it's a debt card from a bank or a credit union, then you'd be able to use it to rent a car.

I would not know what to say to you, I would spend 2 days and they did not charge me, but everything depends on your coverage with your insurance!
That's $200 on a debit card. Has to be a Bank/Credit Union issued debit card. They won't accept a prepaid debit card no matter how much money you have loaded on it.

From my understanding they can if they're on your insurance policy..
