First room they gave us was not cleaned. Beds were not made and dirty towels on the floor. Next room was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Positive: The room was beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding. The lounge was Open 24 hours.We enjoyed this Holiday Inn Express. Negative: The water didn¿t work when we checked in. It was repaired by the time we returned at 3:30

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to a trip to New York. I picked Holiday Inn express because I have always had good experiences with their hotels. We pulled up to the hotel to a dimly lit parking lot. The gentleman working the front counter had just finished his cigarette out front before checking us in. I don’t care if people smoke. But your employees shouldn’t be smoking right in front of the place of business they work, seconds before they’re going to help a customer. The first thing I noticed was mud all over the floor throughout the lobby. Once we got into our hotel room the sheets were stained and there was dust throughout the room. It was clearly outdated as well and it just felt old and dirty. My wife went as far as sleeping in her clothes and shoes. I even considered leaving and just paying for another hotel somewhere else. But because it was just a one night stay we stuck it out. I know some of these things seem minor and I don’t expect things to always be perfect. But I expected better from Holiday Inn due to previous experiences at their locations.I would not recommend this hotel to any family. It felt more like a $70 a night hotel than $170 a night hotel. This property is best suited for a construction worker. I will think twice before booking with Holiday Inn again.

My room was clean. Nice linens. Breakfast was just cereal, bagels etc but it was well put together, clean and tidy. But……it’s 2022 and there’s no USB ports anywhere in the room. Also no Coke in any of the vending machines. They don’t have guest washer and dryer.
