Guy taking the order for my father and I asked if I wanted a coke slaw side and I said nothing just fries. When we got the order it had cole slaw but no fries. He then started to tell us that my order came with mashed potatoes and since I said cole that’s what I got. Also we were ordering in and to pay he had to take my fathers phone somewhere in back since there is no working register at the counter. Not sure if he was confused himself, trying to impress the young woman working with him, or what. You would not visit this location ever again and suggest other avoid it. I did not eat my food instead just waited for my father to eat his food, which he said he was unimpressed with. I haven’t eaten at a kfc in almost 2 years and after this visit I would be perfectly content never spending a penny at one again.

The Chicken was very dry. The Mac m cheese was good. The fries were hard and very very salty. They did seem kinda grumpy but they were pretty busy so i get it. My order took 20 minutes longer than what I was told. The nice part is they did bring it to me in my car as I was parked in the lot since i had to wait a while and my baby was getting very fussy. * I ordered on the app and usually you have to go inside to get it* so that was very nice of them.

Terrible experience. The staff didnt even acknowledge me. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting while they frantically made food in the back and chatted about getting energy drinks on their break. The dining area was filthy, and there were flies as well. Never going to this dump again.

Disgusting! Go inside and you'll be greeted with a huge swarm of flies flying around the restaurant. This is the most disgusting place I've seen in a restaurant. It needs to be cleaned badly. Super unsanitary. The employees don't care to help you at all in fact you probably would stand in line for a half hour before anyone even noticed your there. I would never eat here just based on the unsanitary conditions but recently I've been in to get a friend's order and yuckk....!!!!!
