This place has the most horrific customer service. Dealt with several employees. George was the last one I spoke to this time. They are unorganized and have zero follow through. He said he was the office manager. My mom's artificial flowers have been tossed a few times. I asked for schedule and no one can give me a solid answer. They clean as needed. The floor in Chapel of Faith is riddled with bugs. They have old dryed out real flowers in the vases for months but throw the artificial flowers out. Makes no sense. Please research before laying your loved ones to rest here. Mom bought this crypt 30 yrs ago. It was beautiful. Now the staff is rude and seem to not care. I wish we had made a better choice!😢😢🤬🤬

Not able to speak on the staff, although majority of my family is resting there. But, the ground keeping is horrible and that's really disrespectful. My mom is recently resting there and it disturbs hers and my peace when I see the WEEDS growing over her headstone. Just a FYI

I've held a small conversation with Olga for 2 min and 26 seconds and her service was poor, rude, and isn't compassionate over the phone. I was trying to reach out to the funeral director about a service on the 19th and wanted to talk to someone in charge of that service. I just wanted to confirm some accommodations before the service and did not like Olga's tone. Will change review when there's a service from someone more qualified to handle a simple phone call.
