Hi Mark! There are services at 9am, 10:30am and 12:00pm Sunday.

Its held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 10654 Juniper Ave, Fontana, CA 92337 or at 17535 Randall Ave, Fontana, CA 92335 and there both held at 9:00 am on Sunday
The morning session begins at 9am at the Fontana stake. You can also watch it on lds.org
They collect used items. I don't know about rags. Because rags to me means not reuse. But if it something that can still be reuse then its the right place. Thanks!
