The guy at the counter gave me an atitude with my questions. I bought a piece...i heard noises..opened in the car..had broken parts...i asked for a few bucks off seeing as i was still interested in the piece....the parts that were broken were minor....he said no...ill give you your money back as i had walked in unhappy and thought they were "trying to pull wool over my eyes". I never once thought that. Never going there again. The guy in the back that tested my piece...very frirndly and helpful. That guy should be at the counter

My husband was interested in selling his train collection and spoke with someone here. He told him he’d bring up some trains to look at so the man could see the type of collection and the good shape the trains were in. They had an appointment. When my husband arrived the man seemed bothered, said he had people in the store and barely looked at the items in the car. My husband gave him a bulk price which was a very good deal and the man waved him off. Horrible! My husband drove an hour and a half with a carful of trains to be dismissed. He could have been nicer and more considerate of my husbands time and effort instead he was a jerk.

Questions & Answers

My husband is no longer able to work with his trains. He has quite a set up. How do we go about selling the equipment and how do we know what to charge.

Jeff Olin is the name of one of the owners. He's a decent guy. I would let him know the gauge and try to itemize as many things as you can for him.

I like the 36 curves but a 48 would work on this setup
