Been waiting a week for RX to be filled. Calling is a waste of time they put you on hold pick up and say "be with you in just a minute," ultimately to spend 16+ minutes on hold then they hang up on you. They didn't bill the primary insurance and wanted out of pocket costs. Update: this is the worst Walgreens in town. Rx was sent on a Friday. Was told meds had to be ordered. Automatic messaging stated meds were ordered. No update for days so I called & spoke to a pharmacist in person. I was told it should be ready by Tuesday afternoon. Turns out that was a lie. It's been a week and I just spoke to a very unapologetic pharmacist who basically said it's out of stock if I want I should call my Dr. and have another pharmacy fill it. I'm a patient person but if you need your prescriptions filled right away, this is NOT the pharmacy for you.

Rude pharmacist, faulty text prescription alert system. GAVE away my prescription to other clients who arrived before me, mind you it was 45 min later. Abhorrent pharmaceutical procedures. will use CVS from now on.

Don’t bother trying to save time to pick up an item. The email link that tells them that you’re here to pick up doesn’t work so you’re forced to go inside and get it anyway. It actually took longer : There was an employee just sitting there not helping me . I guess customer service isn’t a priority

Went in to pick up dinner photo prints. They were good for small 5x7 but larger prints lack quality (even with very high quality images sent in). Also the pharmacy line is often very long. Overall it's not terrible, the store is stocked and clean, just not quite 5 stars.
