The person who cut my hair was Phong. He was very reckless in the way he maneuvered the clippers, and completely destroyed my hair. Worst haircut I have ever received. I asked him to take two inches off the top, but instead he took off five inches. Most barbers ask to confirm how much we want off. Phong just took his clipper and went at it with no warning. I even specified that I wanted him to cut off two inches with a pair of scissors and not clippers. He cut it to something that looks almost like a buzz cut. DO NOT go here if you have medium to long hair. Definitely not if you have curly hair. He doesn't know how to work with it. To make things worse, he didn't tell me that he only takes cash payments until after the haircut. Thankfully I was carrying cash this time, but I usually don't. It would have been valuable information to give before starting the haircut. To be honest, he's lucky I paid him at all. If you have shorter straight hair, this place might still work well for you. I noticed he has a lot of regular customers who seem to know him well, and he knows exactly what they want. They were mostly older folks with very short and simple hair though.
