Tried ordering there on two different nights and was given the same story both times about the "computers being slow and had to be reset" and how it would take 15-20 minutes before I'd be able to order anything.

Dining room is NEVER open and there's NEVER a sign saying that. We have tried multiple times to eat lunch here and have been turned away due to a closed dining room... today was the last straw wont be back to try again...

If I could give 0 starts I would, but I can’t so I give them a 1. Spent 10 dollars for a chicken sandwich. The chicken was as hard as a rock. Completely inedible. I wish we could just close this place down in Owego and bring in a restaurant that actually serves good food.
