I called them up when I was clearing out all the furniture from my parent's house. I called at 10 am to see if they were accepting furniture and that I had a lot. The man in charge said yes, but don't come at closing. I hired movers and after they loaded a truck we got there at 2:30-- 30 minutes before that area closed. When I went to the gate the same man rudely said "we're not taking any more furniture," I reminded him what he said a few hours before and he said it didn't matter. They were not taking it. I ended up having to get a rental unit to hold the furniture until I was able to donate it to Camp Pendleton. I WOULD NOT recommend donating furniture here.

Hi Marlene, thank you for asking! Our Drivers are not allowed to enter private residences. We also can only accept small furniture items that are light enough for one person to carry. In addition, our drivers are not allowed to have help moving items due to liability reasons. Thanks for thinking of us!
