Employees responsible for maintaining safety and ensuring kids are following the rules are not paying attention at all. They huddle in groups socializing. Of the dozen or so employees manning the trampolines I saw a single young man trying to make sure kids were being safe. Understandably Saturdays will be busy but this place goes well beyond capacity. Definitely do not recommend coming here for a birthday party or on a weekend.

A really fun time for kids and families. Filling out a quick waiver, and paying for a session, and everyone can jump themselves silly. They had special areas blocked off for toddlers, and another for slightly rougher games of Dodgeball. They also have a concession stand that's slightly overpriced... $3.50 for a bottle of water?! They also have a few video games, and ice cream vending machines. Overall... A good trip for a couple of hours.

Friendly staff and welcoming at the reception. However, the facility is only equipped with trampolines, nothing else. No rock climbing wall, no obstacles or anything else which are shown through the pictures. My kids were totally disappointed as they were expecting a thrilling experience of ninja warriors but ended up with only a few trampolines.

Signed up for a membership just for the summer. They are still charging my card, after three conversations where I was assured that my membership had ended and no more charges would occur. They should be able to complete the waiver for their kids online and not need to go in person.
It is good for 3 or 4 years kids.
You can bring your own cake and ice cream and that's it, they provide the pizza and drinks (from Dominoes) for a fee.

Yes they are. Except Friday evenings, I believe, they do glow-in-the-dark jumping so you have to get a ticket for that.
I go with my littles and jump and there are several other adults there without kids.
From 16.99 for 60min, 21.99 for 90min, and 26.99 for 120min. You have to buy socks for 3.00. They also have special promotions on their website.

They have toddler time during the day so no big kids can be there but no little trampolines

Fun place if you like to jump on trampoline with friends and family. I do really recommend this place. Down side, a bit crowded on weekends afternoon.

I believe they are. You'll have to be with them at all times (to prevent potential collisions) because there will be slightly older toddlers and they'll be 'jumping' all over the place as well

Yes, but the service is okay. I went on weeknd night kids section is good nice place for them to have fun. But they were lot of high school kids, so most of the playzone is packed up with them should wait for your chance to use them.

You can be proactive and have all of the parents and guardians sign the waivers online. Just send them the link prior to the event. We've even sent links while we were there.
They have a Glow party from 8pm-11pm Fridays and Saturdays and its an additional fee. So if you purchased General admission tickets etc., then essentially no kids woukd not be allowed, as all sessions are timed. You'd have to purchase additional Glow tickets so that they could continue. Children of all ages are allowed to attend the Glow jump & dance party.
