Great customer service and willing to answer questions via phone. I had a hard time finding a Vet that could take my puppy as a new patient. Many Vets are too full with clients. Sacramento Animal Hospital was willing to answer my questions although my puppy wasn't a patient yet. The doctor is also very nice and patient. Answered all our questions and took her time during our appointment! Definitely recommend this Vet for your pet!!!

Absolute best vet ever! I have a dog with super high anxiety and reactivity of all kinds, and vet visits could truly be a nightmare for her (and us). Sacramento Animal Hospital has consistently gone above and beyond to help our dog cope with the visits and procedures she needs. Last time she went, they gave her such good attention and treats that we had a hard time getting her to the car. She didn't want to leave! I can't recommend this hospital enough.

The staff at Sacramento Animal Hospital are all friendly and professional and competent, and did everything they could to make my dogs feel welcome and comfortable. The exams are gentle and thorough, with understandable explanations. My dogs enjoyed their visit and really liked both the vet and the X-Ray tech. This place also came highly recommended to me by people I trust. I would recommend it to other people as well.
