Super 8 by Wyndham Front Royal

Nice motel, rooms in good shape. Very close to entrance to Shenandoah. Lots of food options within walking distance, grocery store about a 5 minute walk away. Would stay again if I'm back in Front Royal.

Wyndham has not taken over this place. The shower never got hot, and although it was an adjustable shower head, a small trickle was all that came out.

Perfectly suitable for the cost. The place was clean which is the most important thing and the room had everything we needed for one night. Staff were helpful and nice. Not the most extravagant hotel, but good for the price. Not 5 stars as it's obviously not a super modern hotel (but certainly not old or run down) and a patch on the floor was a little sticky. Would stay again without hesitation

Positive: It is very close to the north end of Skyline Drive so the location is convenient. There were a couple of places to eat within walking distance. The room was clean. Negative: The common areas and hallways including the carpeting needs to be upgraded. Definitely a little dingy and dirty looking.
