I often wonder how when there is a long line at the drive thru, how do they still manage to give you cold food?

They can't get an order right if you paid them for it twice. I literally did and got the same wrong order and when they fixed it, see the chicken sandwich I was served. THEY'RE TWO DIFFERENT SANDWICHES. They likely just handed me back the same one I sent back. The district manager doesn't care either. I tried that route. Just drive a little farther down 1&9 and get a better experience.
