My hair was damaged , I had the most beautiful curls and my hair wasn’t protected. Lady blow dryed my hair when wet & didn’t put rollers, blowed my roots and hair at least 10 passes of each section of hair then used a straightener and did about 11 passes again. My hair smelled burned and I need I had the worst damaged.. i washed my hair a few weeks later and my hair was half straight, even the roots were straight. This was a hair disaster!!! I had to cut my hair, my hair has been the shortest it ever been, I’ve been growing my hair since middle school from my big chop & now I’m a sophomore in college… it sucks NATURAL HAIR GIRLS DONT GO!!!!

Very disappointed! The hair dresser began my touch up on the front of my hair where it burns quickest. Who does that?! Two days later, my hair is showing damage. Plus they refuse to give you a price before service. My hair looks horrible today. I'm very upset and need an emergency treatment before it breaks off. Would not recommend.
