Ordered 4 plates with jumbos shrimp, was sent regular shrimp. When I questioned the waiter he said they ran out of jumbo shrimp and we would be given a discount. Bill came with no discount. Asked the waiter for the discount and he said the manager would take $15 off of $700 bill. I asked to speak to the manager, but he was “busy” and offered a $30 discount instead. Paid my bill and will never return. They obviously need the money more then I do. Side note* being Mother’s Day I understand that most restaurants are busy and overwhelmed, but service was terrible, food took 1 1/2 to come out, and food was dry and bland. Next time a customer has an issue, I hope the manager will find the time to come out and fix the situation instead of loosing 6 repeat customers that will never step foot inside this place again and that will let everyone they know not to give this joke of a restaurant any business.

How could I explain my experience in this restaurant? Have you ever been discriminated against by people of the same race? We love to eat out and try new places, unfortunately this Sunday my family and I visited this restaurant that looked cozy but the attention was very poor sarcastic waiters. Order food for me, two children and an appetizer for my mom who was with us but had already eaten. My 4-year-old son greeted the waiter several times who completely ignored him, we asked what the squid was stuffed with? and he answered sarcastically stuffed! ... I told him I imagine but I thought that being a waiter of the place he had some knowledge of the dishes he serves. crab just answered. Another waiter, also Hispanic like us, brought our order. My son spoke in Spanish and said I thought they were Americans, we did not understand his comment. the lobster was tasty, the Paella Marinera a bit salty and the appetizers bland. unpleasant experience. Nice ambiance and I believe that was the only really good thing about the place. The food was way too average for it's price. There is a drink menu on every table and the drink that I order from that little menu, was not brought to the table along with the others drinks. It took forever. When I asked again for the drink was when the bartender started making, it but she had to grab the menu, on one of the tables, to see the drink's recipe. The had live Brazilian music. It was appropriate, nice music.

Tasty food and good service. Another big plus is that there is a lot of space between the tables, I could easily get in and out of my coat without punching someone from the near table.
