WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I came to this car wash because it was recommended by a friend but had a terrible experience. I pulled up to the bay emptied the trash from my vehicle. I requested that my trunk be vacuumed and the guy said no problem he would vacuum it. I accidentally closed the trunk after emptying it and the guy asks me didn’t you want your trunk vacuumed I replied yes and he reopened my trunk. He didn’t vacuum the trunk and forgot to close it. The car went through the wash and came out. A lady mentioned to me hey your trunk is open so I walk over and check and the trunk is soaked. On top of that my rims were not cleaned properly. I then ask for a manager and the guy name Steve comes out very rude and says he can’t do nothing for me. I then express to him that it’s his guys fault and he behaved like he didn’t care and said I should come the next day he’ll vacuum my trunk because the vacuum no longer works. I said I live in VA so I can’t come the next day so I’d like a refund. He said he has to watch the camera and so I should come back in an hour. I come back 45min later he’s gone. I leave my number for him to call back the next day he doesn’t. I call him and he’s like he doesn’t care that the worker and I have the same story the video doesn’t show the worker opening my trunk. This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with at a car wash. The way Steve talks to people very bad. I witness how he speaks with the workers he’s very rude and talks to everyone like they are children. I wish I videoed my encounter with him.

I paid for “The Works” the highest package because I wanted a good job done to my car. To think I almost spent money on a monthly membership. My car wasn’t properly cleaned the first time. I had to go home and re-wipe and vacuum my car. These photos are after they ‘cleaned’ my car.

The outside wash was awesome, the vacuuming was great. But the inside windshield, I can't wait to get home to clean it my self 😩 . The glare from sun couldn't road at times.
