This IHOP is the best one I've EVER been to..hands down!! 20+⭐S The meal was absolutely delicious, waitress was very attentive and courteous. A Shining example of what every IHOP experience should be. I was there before the breakfast crowd on a Monday morning. Thank you, IHOP.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Smiles all the way around. My son and i were seated, served and comfortable in ten minutes. The location is clean inside and out. Food was better than expected. Nice job.

Great food I only ordered this with juice but I had such a great experience and would love to return. Staff is great and you have to have thick skin.

I dropped in on March 10th to have breakfast with a friend for her birthday. I haven't patronized IHOP in years. With inflation, everything has gone up in price. I noticed this location has some minor upgrades, which was pleasant. This location is smaller, so its more intimate. Our waitress, an older Hispanic woman, was easygoing. Food came out quickly. They have a few new items on the menu to appeal to the demographic. Now to the bill. I paid $34.60 for 2 people, which is quite a price increase. I wasn't surprised as it was a birthday breakfast. I had no complaints about my food, but I can say it wasn't spectacular. So, I will not be returning. Dining out during this current climate has become a luxury, not a casual occurrence. I tipped my waitress $10 because I know how tough times are! Please tip your servers and service ppl well; they work hard. 👍
