A lot of people park their vehicles in that area. Best advice I could personally give is to contact The Columbia Station for verification.

I am being dropped off the train going east at 5:45 am on a Sunday and catching a bus at 1:30 pm to Omak. Are the stations open and heated? And is the bus within walking distance from the train?

The bus station is heated and has seating, but the train station only offers an open air structure, which is a short 100ft. walk to the bus station.
