Slacky employees, they said they will give you extra discount when you sign up on their membership system. They create an account for you but they register your purchase in their personal account. You can't fight to register points into your account because it is already registered. Can believe this happened to me.

Sales associate Marla - Mbork and the male associate whom i missed to ask his name- they were super nice when i ask if i could return/ exchange the shoe i bought at citadel outlet. Right away mbork assisted me giving suggestions. She was very friendly and helpful. Over all i like the 2 employees compared to citadel employees who right away told me i can not return the shoes. I even talked to the manager( not sure of his name- antonio?) who was so mean . Thank you mbork- i love my new gel kayano 27 ,same as my nimbus 23.
