Hadn’t been here for quite a while. I really enjoy dim sum but what I like about this place is you get exactly what you want. No waiting for a cart that may or may not have the item you are most interested in. You order off a menu and within minutes the dishes start coming out. Everything was tasty and hot! Can’t wait to come back!

There are many other better places for Dim Sum. The service wasn’t bad but the quality of food is seriously lacking the standards most would expect based on the menu prices. Try P P Pop, also in Monterey Park, much better food and experience.

Post covid and the quality is still as good as ever although their famous roast pork was slightly salty and not as soft as before. But otherwise, all their other dim sum dishes were delicious as usual

We really wanted to have some good dim sum when we are in LA. After some researching and also because of distance, we decided this restaurant. The photos looked really good, even though it only has a 3.5 star in Yelp. I still decided to try because sometimes a 3.5 star restaurant could turn out to be a hidden gem. Well, not this one. I would say I can understand why it is a 3.5 star. I would want to give it the same rating if I could. The shrimp dumplings and XO sauce radish cake were the only good ones. The oven baked pork buns had some weird stuffing, almost tasted like pork curry. The pork ribs and sumai were massive and very mediocre. I do not recommend this place unless you love nearby and really need a dim sum fix.
